Quality Standards We Follow:
Waterproofing Capabilities: SLS 1189: Part 02 – No water leakage (drops) through the paint membrane even after 07 days.
Water Vapour Transmission Ability: ASTM D 1653-3 – Proven to have satisfactory water vapour transmission ability even for three coat applications.
Physical Properties: ISO 527-3/Type 2/200 – Proven to have adequate tensile strength and elongation properties required for a waterproofing paint membrane.
Suited as an Exterior Coating: SLS 557: 2009 – Offers sufficient resistance against wet abrasion.
No Adverse Levels of heavy Metals: ASTM D 3335, ASTM D 3717, ASTM D 3624 - WAPP does not contain adverse levels of any heavy metal particles.
UV Resistance: ASTM D 4587:2005, SLS 557:2009 – Offers sufficient level of resistance against ‘Ultra – Violet’ radiation required for an exterior coating.
ISO Standard: Latex Lanka International (Private) Limited has obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard.
No adverse Levels of AP (Alkylphenols) & APEO (Alkylphenol Ethoxylates) Content, Phthalates Content, Formaldehyde Content, Heavy Metal Content and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): Tested and verified that, WAPP does not contain adverse levels of Phthalates (Test Method CPSD-AN-00095), Formaldehyde (Test Method CPSD-AN-00201), Alkylphenols (AP) and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APEO) (Test Method CPSD-AN-00745), Heavy metals (Test Method USEPA 3051A), and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) (Test Method CPSD-AN-00748)
